9 weeks ovarian cyst

I went to the ER last night for sharp right sided pain and they found a cyst on my right ovary when they did a transvaginal ultrasound. Has anyone had one and went to have a healthy pregnancy. I’m very worried and I hate when I get those pains from it. I’m going to post a picture of the ultrasound could anyone tell me if it looks normal I’m 9 weeks 2 days
