Idk what to do, I’ve been having veryyyy bad congestion lately, and I feel it’s causing my head to hurt, eyes and of course my ears and nose. It’s getting worse and I’m not sure whether or not to take Sudafed (or a brand of the sorts). My stomach had been nauseous and uncomfortable lately too so I don’t know if taking a pill would hurt it :/ any opinions? And please don’t say see a doctor lol been there done that
