What would you do?

My fiancé has lied to me multiple times and it all came out today.

For 1.

He got his car repossessed and lied to me about why it happened.

2. He lied about the money he had saved. (I’m pregnant so this is a big deal to me)

3. He lied to me about being on testosterone. No not the pills that boost it, he injects it. I found it in his drawer today.

I’m so mad because I feel so lied to.. I feel like I can’t trust him anymore. I’ve been engaged before and he is well aware that’s one thing i have no tolerance for. Is it okay I’m mad? Any tips on handling this would be super helpful.
