So been trying to up-speed this labor process my due date is on the 22 and would love for her to be here of course before the holiday.... yesterday I attempted castor oil and that got me to vomit and have the runs but I was starting to contract and then it stopped. I read to have sex and let the semen stay in to soften your cervix (I’m already 2 cm and a little over 70% effaced) well this morning i started contracting again and this time I was elevated for about a hour and I’m most confident the rest of my mucus plug came out (I had it come out last week) didn’t know there was more.

Are there any suggestions anyone can give to speed up the process? About to have my BF go get me some tea leafs 🤨😬
