so in the last couple of weeks my left side really low on my back almost into my buttocks area has been sooooo painful! whenever I bend down I can't put any pressure on my left leg to stand up or I double back over in pain! It's a shooting kind of pain. And today my leg started to go kind of numb and achy and I was standing doing dishes and I had a large spasm shoot up my back that made me almost fall over! I have my 20 week anatomy scan on Thursday. was gonna bring up the pain to my doc again. Any good remedies you've tried that really worked?? keeping in mind this is all exacerbated because I work as a vet tech and am on my feet for 12 hour shifts!
