Hi i am looking for everyones help, i aiffer from bad eczema and before i found out i was pregnant i was on 3/4 antihistamines a day from the doctors and steriod creams. I am obviously not allowed antihistamines at the moment but my body is crying out for them, my skin is a mess and so itchy and sore and every day there is a different spot on my body that is affected. I have used most creams inc oilatium, childs farm, out there but absolutely nothing is working, can anyone recommend anything they have used? Or anythkng i could eat that helps work from the inside? I am 18 weeks pregnant and only know this os going to get worse.
