My husband and I have been TTC for a year now and have had one miscarriage near the beginning. A couple months ago we started going to a fertility specialist and I'm now in the process of getting a lot of tests done. We live our of state from all of friends and family so no one even knows that we were trying. Initially I have wanted to keep everything private because I'm a private person and I didn't want my parents to find out their first grandchild as a miscarriage. We are going home for a couple weeks over Christmas and I'm not sure how I'm going to handle people asking if I'm pregnant yet or when we are going to have kids.

Does your friends/family know about your struggles or have you kept it private? Any advice?
