Any moms in the NOVA/DMV area? I moved here about 1 year ago and I need a mom friend! I know I'm about 8 months late to this game 😂 but I work from home for my company that is based back in my hometown (moved here due to my husband getting stationed here) so I don't get out much other than to drop my son off/pick him up from day care. I tried joining mom groups, but I have social anxiety so I always bail out last minute. I did a mommy and me Pilates class, but the other moms were a bit cliquey and I wasn't getting an entirely welcoming feeling from them. I like brunch, hiking, and just chilling watching TV. This sounds like a terrible dating site, but as much as my son needs a playdate, I need adult conversation! TIA
