Not wanting sex..

So we started ttc beginning of this month, first time not lucky so i got my period. My period ended and now my boyfriend hasnt wanted to have sex, all he wants is handjobs? He hasnt mentioned anything to me about it. Normally hes the one that gets things going but lately ive been starting things off so he must know that i want sex and he obviously knows i want a baby cause we agreed to ttc so I dont understand. Today was my ovulation day and once again was just a handjob so im a little upset now. Last day we had sex was the 12th which was the first fertile day (and im only basing these dates and my ovulation date from the app at the moment).

I am going to try gets things going again tomorrow and if nothing changes then I will mention something to him.
