Itchiness

So me and my boyfriend had sex and he was really rough. I actually looked down there afterwards and saw that the bottom of the opening of my vag was poking out just a little. So the next day that little piece of skin was burning especially when I peed and a little itchy. Fast forwarding to a couple of days my boyfriend fingered me, and it felt like he made it worse. So the next day when I showered I used my exfoliating rag without even thinking to wash my vagina. I washed it with summers eve and Dr.Bonners pure Castile soap. I scrubbed pretty hard. So when I got out the shower I was EXTREMELY itchy and it was burning also. When I later got home the same day, I looked down there again and saw around the opening of my vagina was little small soft bumps. They weren’t filled with anything. The area was still tender and whenever I touched the flap that was sticking out it would burn. I also had white discharge not a lot. But I always have some sort of discharge. I also noticed at work that my panties stuck to the inside of my lips, so it might be a little raw....????? Idk....

Could it just be irritation? Or was the Dr.Bonner soap too strong? Or could it be a STD or some infection??? I looked up pics of herpes and my bumps look nothing like that. The bumps actually isn’t all that noticeable. I’m waiting to schedule me an appointment Monday, but I’m too curious...
