Red lump on breast?

A week ago I found a bump on my breast. It has gotten a bit bigger and had turned red and hurts. Does anyone know what this could be and if I should be concerned?

You should definitely be concerned! Get every lump checked out and always get a second opinion! My mom was just diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer after 3 years of one doctor telling her that her lump was NOTHING! Within weeks she has had surgery to remove the lump and then a mastectomy. The mastectomy and chemo could have been prevented had she got a second opinion sooner! Don't mean to scare you but always take things like that SERIOUSLY. I pray it is nothing!
