Can I go blonde ?

I want to try and dye my hair blonde, but people have told me it wouldn’t look good on me. I don’t want to do it and it end up looking dumb, but I’d also like to experiment some more! This is my natural;

And I just recently tried red, it’s fading back to my brown though 😊

And I’d like to try something like this

Although before I did the blonde I would try box dying it all plain blonde (since it’s cheaper and I could get rid of it if it looked bad)
