I don't know what's going on.....

I haven't had a period since March 4th. I am nauseous all the time (I can't brush my teeth w/o gagging). My breasts feel fuller. I'm beyond emotional (I cried about my gecko peeing on me while I was holding him). Yet I have peed on 4 different tests and they are all negative. I have an appt with my doctor tomorrow. I hope that something can be figured out. I'm tired of crying over nothing.
