36weeks

Baby is breech and it not moving as usual her head is by my right ribs very uncomfortable and painfull ... I when saturday for the samething doctor said my pressure was high and swollen feet and they hurt alot .. They told me to call my OB and call him he was rude and said just go to Labor & Delivery cuz baby it not moving as usual !! But ob get mad if i go to L & D what should i do ?
