Light spotting 6 days before AF due?!?

I am on cycle day 19, 6dpo and having light spotting. Mildly tender breasts and as emotional as they come. (Have cried 3 times today over nothing). My cycles are usually 27 days. We are careful for the most part but had a few "spontaneous" moments this month. Has anyone else had spotting like this. Usually cycles are 2-4 days late I'm sure due to stress. Any insight is appreciated.
