What the heck? Why is it a guy can be single for five years, not a single bite on his "hook o' love", and then the minute I start dating him every girl in town decides he's Eros with the power to shoot chocolate and  joy out of his super-nipples?
I ask because I'm not a very competitive person. If someone wants something I have, I'll pretty much direct them to where they can buy it. If a guy cheats on me and a girl tries to throw it in my face, I'm just like, sure, you can have this cheating guy, enjoy him. She'll break up with him like a week later and start chasing whichever next guy I'm dating....
It's been my whole life. I stopped dating for two years in University because I was so tired of people seeing me holding hands or walking with a guy and acting like I just walked into their village and dropped a flag in the town square. I'm tired of battling for my relationship.
I've been with this guy for 8 years. Every time the neighbors have a fight, she's hitting on him. He goes to work, women offer to drive him home (and for some reason he tells me this). They try to give him food, literally invite him out "but don't bring HER" and, in the past, they have actually told ME to give him to them!
I've even tried dating "less hot" guys but honestly, I don't think the issue is what I have. It's the fact that I have it. I used to have to get my dresses end of sale or custom, or make my own clothes so girls wouldn't show up at school wearing...me, the next day. They can't just go out and buy the guy I have and there seem to be a lot of girls in this town who base their entire self-esteem on whether or not they can destroy someone else's relationship: how that makes anyone like herself, I don't know.
Anyway just venting lol
