Frustrating AF
My last couple of periods have been off ... I'm so confused on how to track my ovulation it's ridiculous. 04/16 I had a period ... Then again on 04/28 and currently I've started again. My period was suppose to come at the end of the month and it came the 16th. 😩😩 how long does it take for your period to get back on track after stopping birth control pills ???
