hubby is sending mixed signals!

hubby is sending mixed signals! ive asked him a ton of times if he wants to ttc #2 and he says yes. So I bought opk's and have been tracking and such but everytime I say its time to BD, he comes up with an excuse to not have sex and we miss the mark or only BD once. so frustrated and sad:(
