We've been trying for a baby since last Wednesday, as I was starting to come off my period. I've had no bleeding since we had our first unprotected sex and I'm already feeling nauseous and cramping, is this too early for signs or can it be possible to happen this quick ? Baring in mind I fell first time for my first child and I've just had the implant out in the start of November
