Makeup beginner
Hi!! I need your help. I’ve recently decided that I’m gonna try start wearing eyeshadow, as I’ve been super interested in makeup for a while. So, as a newbie, I was wondering if anyone could suggest some decent, cheapish eyeshadows/palettes & primers to me? I’ve already been looking at makeup revolution cuz they’re cheap and the reviews seem decent. Is that a good brand to start with?? 💜
