nexplanon side effects

I've had the implant since October and I've gained wieght which I do on every birth control but I've also had some other side effect. I'm literally always crying, I'm always so so bitchy and I've spotted like a brown discharge every two weeks since ive gotten it. I was curious, I've also had a very large drop in my sex drive and its nearly impo9to have an orgasm (even when I masturbate, it takes me almost an hr to get myself there) which normally it don't take long. Has anyone had this issue? It kind of make my SO insecure about sex and I've tried explaining to him that it isnt him bc trust me, he hits every damn spot perfectly but I just can't seem to get there. Any advice?
