Getting married young

My boyfriend of three years and I have been thinking hard about getting married this summer. We both turned 19 this year, he's a certified welder and I'm getting my cosmetology license this summer so we're planning on getting married after I'm done. We don't have kids yet, we're "not trying but not preventing it either", his parents already offered us a room at their house till we have enough to move out, what are your thoughts on young marriage? And how did it work out for anyone here who got married young? ☺
