Self Care After Miscarrying

This month has been a tough. Found out on the 3rd we were prego after an ER trip thanks to ruptured cysts & bleeding. Told ectopic, then a few days later we were seen by our OB and everything seemed like a normal start to a pregnancy. Not ectopic, HcG was doubling, etc. well I ended up miscarrying yesterday.

What do you mamas do for yourself to help you “cope” with losing your pregnancy?

My husband and I see things a little differently (not that he’s insensitive, he just didn’t experience it like I did). And I also still have to be present for my almost 2 year old. But emotionally and physically I am in a lot of pain 😭
