need help asap

so not so long ago I did something that i regret with all my heart and it's been stressing me a lot but I touched my self and i was under an area that might of had sperm my fingers were not wet so that means I didn't have fresh semen/sperm on my fingers but some girls say that even tho you wiped of the sperm out of your hand there's a chance of getting pregnant please help I've never had sex but I'm scared of getting pregnant please help
