update

So I posted earlier and just doing an update. I'm now going on 4-5 days late for AF. last cycle was 11/19 and I did have unprotected sex with my husband during the week I was due to ovulate plus more times during the following weeks. i was due 12/17 right now I have mild cramping on and off I'll feel wetness and keep thinking my period had started but it's just white discharge like lotion. took an EPT last Friday but it was negative. I have headache back pain constant nausea and heartburn and extremely tired. what do you all think? nervous to test cause I don't want another negative
