Early pregnancy symptoms?

last AF was 11/17 had brown spotting on 12/2 (didn't really keep track of sex before then) had sex on 12/3 and had light bleeding that was gone before the next day. still my regular AF has not showed up. I have noticed the last couple of days that my hair has been getting super oily ( i usually go 2-3days without having to wash it) Is skipped washing it yesterday and my hair looked soaking wet today but was just oily. I have been cramping the past 3 days, had heartburn, been super gassy and I have nasty burps constantly. I took a test today but it was negative. any suggestions?
