Spotting vs Period and Mirena

I have the IUD Mirena and instead of getting a heavier flow during my menstrual cycle, I would have very light spotting over the course of 7 days, sometimes even more. Idk if I should even log it as a period because it’s so light, and some of those days I wouldn’t even bleed at all.

Also, anyone with Mirena or any other IUD getting unbearable cramps?
