Chemical pregnancy symptoms- experiences please

So Doctors confirmed today my blood tests came back “not pregnant”. I had a very unusual period, very light, on and off, Brown, little red and some pink, with only mild pains. I was getting positive pregnancy tests for about a week after this bleed until the last two I took cake back negative and then these blood tests also came back negative. Obviously I had a chemical pregnancy (I also had a miscarriage back in June) but it was so early because this miscarriage happened exactly when my period was due so not even a week from Implantation. However, 2 weeks later and I’m still getting pregnancy symptoms. My nipples have only just started tingling, I get headache, but I’ve also had hair growth (people have noticed!), I can’t eat a lot without feeling SO full after, and feeling sick after eating and being SO bloated it’s ridiculous. I also had period like pains for the last 2 days. This is all unusual for me so my question is, how long will it take for my body to go back to normal because the hCG is clearly out of my body now so wouldn’t think my body would still be “acting” pregnant, not like this anyway. My miscarriage back in June was further along and it took longer for the hormone to leave my body but I didn’t have these sort of symptoms then, it was more just mood swings. Anyone with experience?

I’ve also got that linea nigra and spots. If my pregnancy ended when my period came (on time), then I’ll be in my fertile week right now and a couple days before ovulation. However my CM and cervix aren’t how they’re suppose to be leading up to ovulation so I’m very confused.
