Pregnancy after Surviving Breast Cancer...

Has anyone recently survived breast cancer and found out they were pregnant within the first few years of ending treatments? 2015 and 2016 I went the Chemotherapy, radiation and multiple reconstruction surgeries. I just found out I am almost 6.5 weeks along. I was unable to save eggs before starting treatments so I thought i would need fertility treatments to conceive due to chemo induced early menopause. I was wondering if there are any concerns or special questions and tests I should ask my doctor about moving forward. I am considered high risk but the special medical center I am going to here wont see me until Jan 17th. They said thats when i will be 10-12 weeks the earliest they can start ultrasound tests. I have an appt today with general surgery to check on my belly button scarring and internal stitches that have not dissolved from Dec 2016. The stitches go up and down both sides of my belly button and across my lower belly from one back side to the other. I had all of my lower abs, stomach fat and skin removed below my original belly button in order to reconstruct new boobs after0 implants failed. My belly is already in lot of pain at times and is very round for it to

be so early in pregnancy. (*side note* I've had dreams and a very strong feeling of twins). Since I can still feel the internal stitches after a year I am worried my belly stretching will cause them to rip through. I am honestly so excited and blessed to have conceived without trying. This is will be my 3rd but my husbands 1st. We have been married for a year and 3 months. ❤
