I asked my doctor if over easy eggs were okay to eat and he said yes I don't see why not. But I look everywhere online and everyone says not to eat them while pregnant.

There are concerns that bacteria could survive in the uncooked yolks. I still eat my eggs over easy, I’m just more aware of how fresh my eggs are and if the whites are cooked through.

It’s recently changed and it is now fine to eat them

As long as they're fresh eggs, the risk is low. I love my eggs soft and still eating them!

I eat mine like that and baby is fine, but it's up to you. I don't see the risk.

I eat them soft yolk. I personally do not like the white raw but I love runny yolks.
