Any tips for this stressed RN TTC?

I’m a labor & delivery nurse and work 3 12 hr midnight shifts, have one night off, and then work another 3 12 hr shifts. My issue is that I can’t sleep when I get home from work. I’m lucky if I get 2 hours.

My husband and I have been TTC with no luck and I know this isn’t helping!

I have tried everything, black out curtains, a fan, melatonin, etc...everything!

Does anyone have any tips? Im really at a loss 😔
