Uterus twitches?

I've been experiencing, in the only way I can explain, my uterus or ovaries twitching? I ovulated only 4 days ago so I'm confident it's not implantation or anything. But I've never really felt this before. It's been happening for two days now and is on and off all day. Has anyone else experienced this?
