I love creams but I don't use any milk, cheese or cream based products, my secret is cashews and nutritional yeast. I will make a soup soon and post it on my blog. They are delicious!!! Basically you will cook and  blend any type of veggies with some herbs and spices add the cashews & nutritional yeast and voila!!! It's so perfect for the whole family, nutritious & super yummy ;-)
