Infection the entire pregnancy

I’m 34 weeks + 3 days. I’ve been to the hospital twice for pain, both times they told me I had a UTI, subscribed me meds and sent me home. Since I was 7 weeks pregnant I’ve had a UTI, taken medication and have a UTI now. They tried me on 4 different medications and still hasn’t gone away, I’m still having the same pain in my uterus and cramping in my stomach that they are saying is just a UTI. I know it’s common in pregnant women and I’m honestly tired of hearing that. I’m just afraid that it’s something more maybe it’s not being treated properly and it will cause infection to my little one, and they won’t find that out until she’s born 😒😓 keep in mind, I drink water & cranberry juice and that’s it. I eat healthy also, & my urine is clear as day & I haven’t been having sex bc it’s uncomfortable for me with the pain I’m having that’s apparently a UTI.
