Little confused/concerned. ADVISE NEEDED from mothers

So I just gave birth to my first baby boy on December 20, 2017.

My milk came in full force today! Here's the issue, my body is already producing soooooo much more then what my baby needs. After I feed him (milk coma) I'm able to pump an additional 30 ML of milk just to relieve the additional weight and pressure of my engorged/SORE breast.

Here's the issue! If I pump After feeding I'm just setting my body up to think I need more to satisfy my baby. Which will just create more!

I feel like it's a catch 22! Do I just keep feeding/pumping every 2 hours and just be done with it? Or try to deal with the pain of the engorgement for my body to back off the milk producing?
