Which baby items do I need before baby is born?

Okay so essentially my question is which baby items do I need before baby is born, which items should be top priority and which items can or are better waiting until baby is born? I'm starting to buy stuff now and am so worried about being able to buy everything before bubbie is born there seems to be such a large amount of things, of course I know I will make sure I get everything needed but it'd be really helpful to know which items I should be getting now, leaving to last or until baby is born. 🙂
