Can't get my nose hoop out 😭😭😭

I've been trying this morning, I'm thinking some skin might have grow over it on the inside... just my luck. I reallyyy need it out, as you can see I have a bump there, I think and the part that's in my nose is all gross I just want to take it out clean my nose and forget it lol. Any suggestions? I was thinking to get some pliers and cut it out lol not by myself I'm too scared
