My boyfriends penis gets really dry and ashy.. does this happen to everyone?

I know since I moved to a much drier climate I started having that problem. Mostly in the winter time I just use a moisturizing body wash when I shower and it helps immensely.

Try using a baby lotion or something. Coconut oil also works, but go see a doctor if this continues
