I NEED ADVICE IN THIS SITUATION PLEASE. AM I BEING IRRATIONAL?

I'm 23 and my SO is 21. So I've been. asking my SO to take me out ice skating for 3-4 weeks now. He tells me no because he wants to chill at home or he says it's because I work but we see each other 2 days a week every week and I just started working 2 weeks ago so his claim is invalid. His friend Kim invited him ice skating and he says okay. I had to complain for him to invite me to go with him and his friend. He's saying I'm being childish about the situation. I'm mad about the fact that I've been asking you for awhile to take and you wont take me but you turn around and say yes to your other friend and tell me that you guys have planned this for awhile so that's why. The he says oh I didn't even end up going so why are you mad? Im mad because I've been asking you for weeks to take me and you tell me no and then you tell your lady friend ok. He told me he told all his friends the story and they say that im being childish and stupid and its not that serious. It's not real serious but it's still wrong on his part and I feel invalidated. Advice? What do you think?
