Diarrhea and vomiting sign of labor?

Has anyone experienced diarrhea and vomiting as a sign of early labor? I’ve been sick all day, I don’t know if it’s a bug or if I should start looking for labor signs that could go along with this...

I didn't throw up my entire pregnancy. 24 hours before I went into labor I woke up and threw up a few times. could be!

I hear diarrhea happens before labor and I was told that you usually get nauseous/vomiting when dilated past a 4cm. I was stuck at 4cm for 3 weeks and was pretty nauseous on and off that entire time... then I puked again around 8cm!
