WORRIED/ IBUPROFEN

i took ibuprofen 2 times not knowing that it wasn’t okay to take. i’m in my second trimester and suffering from migraines and that’s when i took it a week ago and around 14 weeks i’m really scared it’s affected my baby. the ultrasounds looked okay before and blood tests came back okay a few days ago. any input?
