My 2.5 year old step son just whines and cries and whines and cries whines and whines, especially when sleeping at night. He shares a room with my 6 year old son and keeps him up half of the time! He doesn’t want to use his words to tell us what’s wrong. We both go into the room and ask whats wrong. My boyfriend gives him juice or chocolate milk in a sippy cup at night (worst thing ever) but hey it’s his child My boyfriend gets sooo frustrated with him and even yells at times! Can I get advice please on this??? I would just let him cry to sleep but again my son is in there and I feel bad that he can’t get any sleep.! Our baby is due in 2 weeks and it’s gonna drive me and my boyfriend insane if there’s not one but two crying children we have to hear! (This has been going on for months now!) my boyfriend wakes up constantly to put him back to sleep and it’s draining him and making me lose sleep! Co sleeping is not an option because the new baby will keep him up when he gets here!
