Fruity Ginger Mint Lemonaid to ease Morning Sickness

Are you having a problem with morning sickness? Thought I would share my homemade recipe with you all.. Ingredients: lemons, fresh ginger root, honey, fresh mint plant and your favorite fruit (oranges, blueberries, strawberries etc etc). squeeze the lemon into the pot of water. Cut a few tiny pieces of ginger and remove the skin and add to water. **** A tiny bit a ginger goes a very long way **** bring to boil and add mint leaves, honey (sweeten to your prefrence) and remaining fruit. Boil a little longer. remove mint when it has the flavor to your preference. the longer the mint leaf soaks the stronger the flavor will be Don't keep mint in over night so it doesnt overpower the drink. you can drink some hot and save the rest in a pitcher to drink cold after refrigeration.
