I think I’m pregnant abs if I am I’d be 8 weeks. I’ve taken 11 testt (plus blood) all BFNs but feeling very different . Nausea, sore boobs you name it. And now I feel this small lump on lower right abs , I feel it she. I touch it but it doesn’t hurt. Could that be the baby? I also have these weird gurgling loud ass tummy sounds.

Thnx for your replies. But I know ppl who’s gotten negative blood tests and we’re about 5 months pregnant , but everyone is different . I guess the only way to confirm this is by an ultrasound .
