Vegan Newbie

So I’ve recently had a reality check when I went to the Dr. I haven’t been in about 3 years. Since I was 18. I weighed myself and I’m 50 lbs from being 300. I’m 250lbs now. It hit me. I have always been in and out of sports since I was very young. Once I graduated and started college, everything’s changed. So how I am now is just muscle not too fat but the numbers on the scale and how my body has significantly changed really hit me. I’m a very busy person from running my business and I’m college and running a football league I don’t have time for myself and I have looked more into going vegan and I seem to be having a hard time. I love my steaks 🥩 , my donuts 🍩 , and calories 🍰, it’s very hard to start.

Is there somewhere or something I can do? How do I start with becoming a vegan? How has it changed for you? I’m a foodie, so what do I do?!!! Help!!!!
