Pregnant and sick

I’m almost 22 weeks . Still haven’t felt the baby move but now I think I’m getting a cold .. my throats been sore my nose is running and I’ve been extremely tired what should I do? I don’t want to go to the er if it’s unnecessary but I’m worried .
