placenta encapsulation
what is everyones opinion on ingesting the placenta through pill form? I've been reading about the different benefits regarding postpartum depression and I've been considering doing it. has anyone done it and do you think it actually helped? I've had depression for a long time (my dad passed away when i was 5 and I've struggled with it my whole life) I'm just so scared of postpartum depression.
