Real quick medical history. I have hypothyroidism, am obese, and had a miscarriage on Sept 7th, 2017. I have had a couple days of random spotting, just when wiping, and a few cramps here and there. My periods are very irregular because of the hypothyroidism. Any chance I could be ovulating or possibly pregnant? I am afraid to test because the last time I did, I saw a line and no on else saw it.
