Spotting at 6weeks 6days

Help! I am 6w 6d and have had spotting like this twice this morning. I had a missed miscarriage back in September and am panicking that this is the start of another miscarriage. Has anyone else experienced anything like this? Before I freak out and call my doctor I’m just wondering if anyone else has experienced this?
