should I be worried 😯

My LMP was on the 3rd of November and I got a faint line on the 18th of December with a pink dye and a pregnant 1-2 weeks on a clear blue digital test on the 23rd of December I noticed spotting about an hour ago when I went to the toilet (only when I wipe) and went to the toilet again there and noticed it had nearly stopped ( again only when I wipe). I've got slight cramps but barely noticeable
